Apply to take part in the People's Panel on the Cost of Living

Anyone who lives in Cheshire East and who wants to take part in the People's Panel is most welcome to register their interest in the form below or by calling Freephone 0800 0996 333. Registration will close at noon on Thursday 6th October.

APPLICATIONS HAVE NOW CLOSED

To take part all you need is to be willing to share your views and opinions and listen to those of other people. You don't need to have special skills or knowledge. The members of the panel will share opinions, discuss ideas and hear from a range of experts before agreeing a set of recommendations.

A final sample of 24 panel members will be drawn from the pool of interested people. We will contact you by Friday 7th October with all the details you need to participate if your name has been drawn.

Details

The Cheshire East People's Panel on the Cost Of Living will be a diverse sample of 20-24 residents from the borough who will meet over 2 weekends in October. (15 hours in total)

• Weekend 1: Sat 15 & Sun 16 October - Hearing from different speakers and Q&A sessions. (venue near Alderley Edge)

• Weekend 2: Sat 22 & Sun 23 October - Discussing and making recommendations for Cheshire East Council. (venue in Holmes Chapel)

All participants attending both weekends will receive £150 recompense in Love2Shop vouchers. Refreshments will be provided and travel to venues will be covered.
